Over the past 22+ years, I've had the privilege of working alongside hundreds of dentists at every stage of their professional journey—from recent graduates opening their first practice to experienced clinicians expanding, relocating, or transitioning established clinics.

Throughout my career, I've learned that building a successful dental practice is about far more than selecting equipment or designing a beautiful office. Every decision—from choosing the right location and negotiating a lease to planning workflows and coordinating construction—has a lasting impact on the future of the practice.

That's why I founded Kasaei Consulting.

My goal has always been simple: provide dentists with experienced, independent guidance that helps them make confident decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and create practices that are built for long-term success.

Having been involved in more than 40 dental practice projects across British Columbia, I've worked closely with dentists, developers, architects, contractors, financial institutions, and industry partners to help bring complex projects to life.
