Moe Kasaei is a Dental Practice Growth & Equipment Consultant based in North Vancouver, British Columbia.

Over the past 22+ years, I've worked alongside hundreds of dentists at every stage of their professional journey — from recent graduates opening their first practice to experienced clinicians expanding, relocating or transitioning established clinics.

I started in 2004 as a dental equipment specialist. That background shapes everything I do today: building a successful dental practice is about far more than selecting equipment or designing a beautiful office, but the equipment, the space and the business plan have to work together. Every decision — from choosing the right location and negotiating a lease to planning workflows and coordinating construction — has a lasting impact on the future of the practice.

That's why I founded Kasaei Consulting: to give dentists experienced, client-first guidance that helps them make confident decisions, avoid costly mistakes and build practices for long-term success.

I've been involved in more than 40 dental practice projects across British Columbia and over $50M in dental equipment and construction projects, working closely with dentists, developers, architects, contractors, financial institutions and industry partners.

I work in partnership with Medline Sinclair (formerly Sinclair Dental), the Canadian dental distributor headquartered in North Vancouver. Through Kasaei Consulting I provide practice-growth and office-setup guidance; through Medline Sinclair my clients have access to equipment, supplies, technicians and specialists. My recommendations are always built around what's right for your practice.
